I take your fitness committment seriously. Losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, My goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your potential to lose that weight, gain that muscle and create attainable and measurable goals. My passion is to analyze your body type, BMI, and metabolism, to create your individualized fitness plan.
Dedicating my career path as a NYC Physical Education Teacher has allowed me to expand my field in health, fitness. and nutrition.

It is understandable that adapting new fitness habits can be difficult and often challenging. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle.
